Drawn between trades. I was watching some document about white lions and tigers, it inspired me to create these two characters. I've always loved Tezuka-sensei's works, and Kimba is one of my favourites of them and his style inspires me as well. :3
I rarely draw big cats, so I'm not very experienced on drawing them. .-. But I really like these two characters, I'd like to draw them more often in the future.
Characters: Rewati (tiger) and Temba (lion). They belong to me.

I love that tigers golden eyes, though because they are big cats they're paws should be wider, they look too dog like but that might just be your style.

Quite unique. It's interesting when you branch out and try to draw something other than a dog, and it usually resembles your canine friends. Yet you have made these two as realistic as ever.
Realistic...ever sience "Den Mother", your characters have been looking that way. Don't let people's snippy attitudes cut you deep! I know you made a note that people have been saying your dogs should be more life-like, but is it really that bad?
I'm a sucker for those soft eyes. :orange:

no matter how it may seem that i'm being a happy person but i say you did a splendid job and as i told two of my other friends and i'll tell you the same thing man nit picking is just a way to shot your self in the foot and turn a great pick bad so take it as it is you did your best and it's an awsome design

they both look really adorable. I especially love the tiger and his smile it is really cute.

I will have to say that the paws look a little awkward and the white lion seems to be a bit off, I would suggest for the angle give him a little tummy line.
